My Approach

Gorman Therapy Group offer's a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to talk about their concerns and explore strategies for managing stress and overcoming obstacles. 

Through conversation and various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, we assist individuals in identifying their strengths, setting goals, and creating a plan for achieving those goals. We also help them develop healthy coping mechanisms, communication skills, and a positive self-image.

Taking a holistic approach, we address the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of the clients. We specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults who struggle with trauma symptoms, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.

At Gorman Therapy Group we deeply value the therapeutic relationship and consider it a privilege to listen to our clients' stories and support them in their healing and growth journey. Understanding the apprehensions surrounding therapy, we strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for all of our clients.
