Mary Beth Kruger, MSW, LSW
Welcome! I’m Mary Beth Kruger, a Licensed Social Worker specializing in working with adolescents, parents, and individuals healing from past trauma. My approach is centered around creating a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight, and make meaningful changes in your life.
I specialize in helping adolescents navigate the emotional challenges of growing up. Whether your teen is dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, school stress, or difficulties in relationships, I provide a supportive environment for them to explore their emotions and gain a deeper understanding of their behaviors. Together, we work to develop effective coping strategies that improve emotional regulation, build confidence, and foster resilience. My goal is to help your teen manage life's challenges in a healthier way, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive both now and in the future.
For individuals healing from past trauma, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore how your early experiences may still affect your emotions, relationships, and behavior today. Together, we’ll work through past wounds, help you understand their impact, and develop healthier emotional patterns, so you can move forward with more peace and confidence.
As a therapist, I understand how deeply our past experiences—especially trauma—can shape how we show up in our families and relationships today. If you’ve experienced trauma, I’m here to help you process those events, heal, and break old emotional patterns that may be impacting your well-being and family dynamics. I work with parents to not only heal from the past but also build a stronger foundation for the future. For those who haven't experienced trauma, I provide support in managing stress, improving self-awareness, and strengthening the connection with your children and yourself. Together, we’ll create lasting, positive change that empowers you to thrive both personally and as a parent.
If you're ready to make lasting changes and work through the challenges you're facing, I’m here to help.
